  • 1 cup cold water

Instructions

  1. Scrub beets well to remove any dirt. Trim the greens off, leaving a 1-inch stem attached. Do not slice or chop the beets.

  2. Pour 1 cup of cold water into the bottom of your Instant Pot. Place the Instant Pot trivet inside, then carefully arrange the clean beets on top of the trivet. Secure the lid on the Instant Pot, ensuring the valve is in the Sealing position. Set the Instant Pot to Manual High Pressure for 20 minutes (for 3″ diameter beets).
